How It Works

We make shipping simple, secure, and trackable—so your shoes arrive safely and return back to you sparkling ✨

Step 1: Purchase Your Custom Service

Place your order on our website and complete the short customization form. Payment is required before we begin.

Step 2: Receive Your Prepaid Shipping Label

After purchase, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label that is:

  • Trackable

  • Insured up to $300

  • Ready to print and attach to your box

Step 3: Pack Your Item

To protect your Item during transit:

  • Use a sturdy box (not a bag)

  • Wrap item in tissue paper or bubble wrap- if needed

  • Remove loose accessories:  unless we’re customizing them

  • Do not ship irreplaceable items or original boxes unless requested

Step 4: Ship Your Item to Us

Drop your package off with the carrier listed on your label.
Tracking activates once the carrier scans your package.

Step 5: Customization Begins When We Receive Your Shoes

Your turnaround time starts the day your Item are delivered to us.
Standard turnaround: 7-14 business days (rush options may be available).

Step 6: We Ship Your Item Back to You

Once complete, we’ll securely package your item and send them back with:

  • Tracking

  • Insurance

  • Return shipment updates

You’ll receive an email with your return tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Important Notes

  • Insurance: Our standard inbound label includes insurance up to $300. If your item is worth more, request an insurance upgrade before shipping.

  • Shipping Timing: Please ship your shoes within 7 days of receiving your label.

  • Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

  • Custom Work = Final Sale: Because each item is made-to-order, custom services are final sale once work begins.
