Step 1: Purchase Your Custom Service
Place your order on our website and complete the required customization form. Full payment is required before we begin processing your order.
Step 2: Receive Your Prepaid Shipping Label
After purchase, you will receive a prepaid inbound shipping label via email. This label is:

Insured up to $300 (unless upgraded)

Ready to print and attach to your package
Labels are valid for 7 days unless otherwise approved.
Step 3: Pack Your Item
To protect your item during transit:

Use a sturdy box (not a soft mailer or bag)

Wrap items securely in tissue paper or bubble wrap

Remove loose accessories unless customization includes them

Do not send original packaging unless requested

Do not ship irreplaceable or sentimental items
RazzleBADazzle is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.
Step 4: Ship Your Item to Us
Drop your package off with the carrier listed on your label. Tracking activates once the carrier scans your package.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package is in the carrier’s possession. Any insurance claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.
Step 5: Customization Timeline
Turnaround time begins once your item is delivered to us.
Standard turnaround: 7–14 business days
Rush services (if available) must be approved in advance.
Production times may vary during peak seasons.
Step 6: Return Shipping
Once customization is complete, your item will be securely packaged and returned to you with:

You will receive an email with your return tracking number once your package ships.
Insurance
Our standard inbound label includes insurance coverage up to $300.
If your item exceeds $300 in value, you must request an insurance upgrade prior to shipping. RazzleBADazzle is not responsible for items valued above the insured amount unless upgraded coverage is purchased.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
Final Sale Policy
All custom services are final sale once work begins. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed customizations.
