1. Custom Work
All items are customized by hand. Because each design is unique, slight variations in stone placement and appearance may occur.
2. Customer-Owned Items
Customers are responsible for shipping items to us in good condition. We are not responsible for:

Manufacturer defects

Normal wear and tear after customization
We take great care with all items, but customization involves adhesives and materials that permanently alter the product.
3. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and design complexity. Rush orders must be approved in advance.
4. No Refunds on Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our services:

5. Adhesive & Wear Disclaimer
While we use professional-grade adhesives, rhinestones may loosen over time with heavy wear. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

6. Shipping
