NO REFUND POLICY

At RazzleBADazzle, every item is customized by hand and made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

All Sales Are Final

Once a customization service has been purchased, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size sent by customer

  • Design preference changes after purchase

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Failure to read service descriptions or policies

After Production Begins

No cancellations or refunds are permitted once customization work has started. Materials, labor, and design time are immediately allocated to your project upon receipt of your item.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (inbound and return) are non-refundable once labels have been generated.

Customer-Supplied Items

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction related to the original condition, fit, or comfort of customer-supplied shoes/items.

Damage or Loss Claims

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, claims must be filed with the shipping carrier. Insurance coverage is limited to the declared shipping value.

Repairs

If stones or materials loosen due to normal wear, repair services may be offered for a fee but do not qualify for refunds.
