We do not guarantee:
Lifetime adhesion
Resistance to wear
Protection from environmental damage
Gems may loosen or fall off with normal use.
4. DAMAGE LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Material reactions
Wear after return
Carrier shipping damage
5. SHIPPING RISK
Inbound shipping risk remains with the customer until delivered.
Insurance is recommended for high-value shoes.
6. NO REFUND POLICY

Purchase the service, we will email you a shipping label, you pack and ship us your shoes, we custom bedazzle them, and ship them back to you
How much does it cost?
Starting at $125 per pair
Do I pay shipping?
We cover shipping fees, which is included in the price
How long does it take?
Shoes ship back within 7-14 business days of receiving them.
Do my shoes need to be new?
No — but they must be CLEAN and in good condition.
What if I send dirty shoes?
We may refuse service. Shoes will be returned at your expense.
Will the gems fall off?
Rhinestones are durable but not permanent. Wear and tear may cause stones to loosen over time.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final.
Can I rush my order?
Rush upgrades may be offered when available.
