RazzleBADazzle started as a fun family project — bedazzling basketball shoes to add a little extra bling and sparkle on the court. What began as a creative hobby between a mom and her kids quickly turned into something much bigger.
Now, we’re fully invested in customizing shoes for all occasions — from sports to special events — while making unforgettable family memories along the way. It’s been incredible to watch this grow, combining creativity, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship.
Even more special — the kids are hands-on in the process, learning skills, work ethic, and earning money to help save for their future college goals.

By purchasing the Custom RazzleBADazzle Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. CUSTOMER-OWNED PROPERTY
You are voluntarily sending personal property for customization.
2. RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT
You understand that:

Adhesives and rhinestones are applied by hand

Minor cosmetic variations may occur
3. GEM DURABILITY
We do not guarantee:

Lifetime adhesion

Resistance to wear

Protection from environmental damage
Gems may loosen or fall off with normal use.
4. DAMAGE LIABILITY
We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Material reactions
-
Wear after return

Carrier shipping damage
5. SHIPPING RISK
Inbound shipping risk remains with the customer until delivered.
Insurance is recommended for high-value shoes.
6. NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.

How It Works
We make shipping simple, secure, and trackable—so your shoes arrive safely and return back to you sparkling ✨
Step 1: Purchase Your Custom Service
Place your order on our website and complete the short customization form (colors, coverage, notes, etc.). Payment is required before we begin.
Step 2: Receive Your Prepaid Shipping Label
After purchase, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label that is:

Insured up to $300

Ready to print and attach to your box
Step 3: Pack Your Shoes
To protect your shoes during transit:

Use a sturdy box (not a bag)

Wrap shoes in tissue paper or bubble wrap

Remove loose accessories (extra charms, special laces) unless we’re customizing them

Do not ship irreplaceable items or original boxes unless requested
Step 4: Ship Your Shoes to Us
Drop your package off with the carrier listed on your label.
Tracking activates once the carrier scans your package.
Step 5: Customization Begins When We Receive Your Shoes
Your turnaround time starts the day your shoes are delivered to us.
Standard turnaround: 7 business days (rush options may be available).
Step 6: We Ship Your Shoes Back to You
Once complete, we’ll securely package your shoes and send them back with:

Return shipment updates
You’ll receive an email with your return tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Important Notes

Insurance: Our standard inbound label includes insurance up to $300. If your item is worth more, request an insurance upgrade before shipping.
